You are doing very well! has it helped to use the Hush as a shoulder to lean on? ( If that's the case...) My mom shortened her life on a pack a day habit. I'm glad everytime I see that someone has left them alone. Keep up the good work! It gets easier and easier! I'm guessing...I never smoked:confused:
