Well, I wouldn't have anywhere to go after work but straight there, b/c it would be silly to go home first.

Ok so here is the story....

I get to the place, see two women sitting at a table. I think man Hula and them don't even look like their pics. So I go and sit down and say are you waiting for someone, they say yeah.

So I sit, two black woman kind of looking at me crazy. So I am like, "Hey Im ROCK." They like, "Umm I don't think we are who you think, but you welcome to stay." Im like well let me look around. Then Hula and Dejavu walks in, Im like hey....that was funny.

So we sit at the resturant tables until the lady says, HAPPY HOUR is only in the bar. Im like, thanks, lets move yall :D

So when we sit at the bar, Becky comes up to take our order. Boy she is lost. I felt like Radio Rahim in Do the right thing.....D mutha fugga D !!!! The poor woman didn't have a clue, a blonde moment I guess, but she took our order. Then when she comes back, giving folks the wrong plates....man, quick note: NEVER GIVE DEJA THE WRONG PLATE....lol

We had a ball. We talked a little but things got better once the drinks kicked in. O Man I got to see some tight ass CALVES.....all carmel and shhhhed almost licked one of them. We had the classic, "NIkkas that cant make women kum" talk. I had to do some work so I left early, but don't think we didnt talk about going to Sweet Jimmies and laugh at the old people.....lol

Hula had me cracking up....

And Deja is very resorcefull..... "Yall ever heard of knocking on the door with your feet." NO IM SERIOUS.....LOL

thats bout it, we have to do it again soon.

that first picture... you could have cropped me out! look at how i am sitting! like i am a pig hourding food! hell naw... we can't sit on those bar stools again, i don't look right! YUCK...

anyways... rock was hella cool... he gave me his card and i said... oh... who's card is this... and he's like mine... and i'm like... your name is Easel and he's like, yeah i said that when i first hugged you... and i said... oh... i thought it was ROCK :D

yeah... that was a ONE (1) moment for me...

deja wanting a poster of herself had me thinking for a moment... would i want a poster size portrait of myself over my bed or mantle piece?

deja's hair was WHIPPED!

rock taking group pictures with the camera positioned on somebody else's car just steps away from where he apprehended the dude who broke into his trunk!!!!!!! dayum!

we do need to go to jimmies!

Now you know if we go to Jimmie's we gotta dye our hair grey LOL. But, what was funny was we were just talking about "Rock" and had he called or anything, and when we walk in he's already in there. We were outside for a good 10 minutes just shooting the breeze.

And that picture of me is horrible......

To be honest yall, I seeent booof of dem and they look cool, the pics are decieving, but thats more for me if you wanna believe different....LOL

Hey I came threw the back door, I was sort of on time :D

Next time we gotta order drinks faster, cause after drinks hit, the table was funny as hell.

once a month? I AM STRAIGHT THERE... long as it is not wed or thurs, i am cool. (or at least have me near a tv by 9pm wed night :D )

i have another friend who i would like to invite, she loves the hush, but does not have internet access at all (i mail or email her copies of the hush). so i would love to invite her. she is mad mad cool peeps!


now i will say this, jimmies on sunday night at about 6pm is fun to me. they play all the old school blues stuff (live band the last time i was there) and i had a lot of fun. i love to dance, so, i hope ya'll do too.

a longer night? ok, i'm stayin at someone's house if we doing all that.

actually rock, you just take pictures of me from the breast up from now on... and not so close!

Wednesday, I flew out of Oakland to go to Las Vegas with my entire family. I didn't get back until Sunday.

Thanks gurrrl! I had a great time! My brother proposed to his girlfriend! And Zuri Jr and I did the swimming thing. I did a lot of chillin' which I needed.

If I can break away, I'll make it to a future regional. I had a great time at my first regional. :D
