Starting Over

If you could go back to the 'beginning" and start over careerwise. . .In hindsight, what particular job or occupation do you think you would really enjoy pursuing?

Advertising Agency, or Employment Agency.....For and about "Black People".....Would love to put black folks to work......
in a arena that's dominated by "White Folks"

Writing.

I have always wanted to be a writer and although I am currently working on several projects I know it would have been alot easier if I had majored in English or Journalism in college.

Instead I've dove in head first with raw talent, and determination. I know that's alot but that degree wouldn't hurt.

Only other thing i wanted to do back then was be a police officer...if i would have went there i would be a detective by now...what dept....not sure.

I love what I do. I think the only thing I would have done differently is gone to school right out of high school, instead of doing it by bits and pieces like I had to do...

I would go back and finish getting my Cosmotology license and open up a Salon/daycare/restaraunt. I would have SPARKLES in the kitchen cooking:D

I would probably go to college right out of high school instead of secretarial school. I have always wanted to be a real estate agent.

the only thing I would have done differently is to do co-op or work-study in my chosen field while I was in college...Im sure that it would have set me off much better for my profession than I currently am today....

other than that ..I guess Im lucky 'cuz I've been doing what I always wanted to do.... being a technologist :D

any where in the company would have done me great.

Always wanted to be an Interior Decorator ...

Should have finished school and continued to draw and my interest in Art.. Don't know what I would have done with it.. Could have been someone big by now... :rolleyes:

pursued my dream to go in to Sports Medicine and be a team physical therapist.

Or gone into advertising or public realtions. I am actually trying to get in to GA State in January to start making that dream a reality!!!!!!!:D
