I was just going to do this alone that way if I failed no one would know but me but it doesn't make sense to not have your family back you up and if your there with me there is not room for failure so....
I have started on my weight loss journey...
I finally found a meal replacement that works well and tastes good that I can not only tolerate or enjoy...
To date I have lost 25lbs...and have a lot more to go...pray for me :D

25 pounds is SIGNIFICANT Joi....
Keep up the great work that you're doing....but dont forget to do some exercise.....Consistent exercise, whatever you choose to do, will help speed up the time to get to your goal.....
But what happens when you get to your goal? do you still take the meal replacement?
losing the wieght is one issue, but keeping the weight off is a lifestyle issue....

That is a very good thing. You have to work your body out for you, sometimes others outside and within our world are jealous that they don't have the tenacity to go and do something to better themselves. I was fighting a similiar battle, but at this point I'm like fuckem and feed em fish. I am currently working on my body to try and do some type of competition next year. Wish me luck.

well mack...what the shake is doing is giving me nutrition for breakfast when I dont have time to eat that way lunch time I'm not starving and just ready to eat whatever ...
Once the weight is lost, I will most likely continue the shake each day or every other day...as far as exercise goes I have a program that I will start in two weeks (when school starts for my daughter, then I'll have more time) that will work me head to toe for 60-90 minutes...then the dramatics will show. I have an hourglass shape already, this is just going to make it like Whoa! :D
Oh, and the shake is Herbalife...cookies and cream. even the kids like it...its not chaulky or thick or unbearable....and usually im wanting to add fruit or sugar to them but this one....is for me.

whatever you do.....DO NOT ADD SUGAR!!!!!!....if you need sweet, add honey or the sweetness of the fruit (like a very well ripened banana or mango) can do it too... :D

Well, I've always loved the way the body looks when it is nicely ripped, not too much, just naturally. Since my kids are older 3 and 12, I think its my time to go for it. I know its going to take some time and will power. But we'll see. I'll post a picture or two everytime I loose some weight.

sugar substitute on the market is SPLENDA. It is a deriative(?) of sugar. Diabetics and those on the Adkins Diet use it. I use it to cook with and everything taste just like sugar, not like those others that leave an after taste in your mouth or have Aspartame in them,,yuk!

just an update, for those who care :D
Had a bout with food poisoning from a local grocery store (wont do that again) good news is that got another 7lbs off in three days. I dont wish that kinda sick on anyone and I had to still go to work cause I got babies to take care of....I recently got my FIRM in the mail and let me tell you those squats aint no joke...im sore walkin like i've been royally fucked...but still moving ahead.
Now things are hard cause im stress out at work and with the kids and I have no break and I'm an emotional eater so I'm wrestling with myself to make proper food choices...I find myself wanting a bowl of cereal at night or eating a burger at lunch. So far i haven't lost it completely and lost my mind....the worst was yesterday at lunch I went to Krystal...and got three pups....ewww, now that I think about it, eating anything called a pup sounds gross!!! :D :D :D
