If you could open a restaurant, what would the cuisine be like and what would your house specialty be?

The house special would be "Miss Charlottes Crabcakes"

If i ever hit rich, she is definitely on the top 5.

It would be a mix of New Orleans, West Africa, The West Indies,
good ole soulfood, grilled specialties, and smoked specialties....

I would open a healthy restaurant with lots of meatfree or meat alternative dishes. It would also have a really good juice bar where you could get a lot of fresh fruit drinks with supplements added, herbal teas, flavored coffee etc.

I'd also serve some turkey, chicken and seafood dishes but no beef or pork.

And I foresee having to pick a very good location or else I won't have much business since folks don't like to eat right. . .lol
