I plan on coming. I haven't purchased my ticket yet, but I plan on coming. I need to find me a hotel thats not going to break me. I have been getting ready for my Jamaica trip at the end of this month, so thats where most of my money is going. Hopefully I won't be too broke to buy a plane ticket and pay for a hotel room. Maybe I should just drive and save myself 185.00 on the plane fare and only have to pay for the hotel room. I will think about that.

Juicy there are some really great deals on the Net for hotel rooms.... Seaduceme2 has put some links in two other threads about a couple of them...

I hope u can work it out cause I would love to meet u.....

Just as soon as I get a minute here at work, I am going to check out the links and check out hotels.com.

I think its about an 5 or 6 (maybe more) hour drive from Dallas. The thing is, I would be driving alone.

What about parking expenses, being that most of the hotel in NOLA offer parking which is quite pricey..and parking on the street is 1.25/hr and is limited to 2 hours? some areas higher.
