what is taking him so long?

i have a friend who is on month 3 of "i'm moving soon as i get my income tax check" and to move out of the apt from his silly girlfriend.

to say she can't pay her half of the rent? why bother to go through all that? so ol girl think she gettin move in dibs? she's prolly planning on how she will decorate and everything. that will be no fun... to suddenly find out... you gots ta go after making all these plans...

she knows. I have asked him before why go though all of this, why does she even have to move. She has a history of waiting until the last minute to stay she can't pay.
