For starters, i would make some changes on allowing foreigners into the US....granting citizenship would be put on hold as well as visa's.

Que this is a very good question. I will be the first to say that's
it's very easy to level criticism, but hard to provide solutions.

I will put some thought into this before I write anything. There is one thing I do know what ever is good or fair from my point of view will not be fair or good for everyone. That's just the way the world is. Also, I don't think America needs to be perfect, that may be a little to much to ask for, but if we can just follow through on some of the basic ideals, that would be a good start.

I would say that the same intolerance that attacked us on Tuesday comes from the same intolerance that made us slaves and held back women and put Japanese Americans in concentration camps during WWII. That intolerance has to go.

i would make colin powell or andrew young president...make education free for ALL black americans...give every household a house, car and some land...close down all the mcdonald's...give everyone on death row and every black person in prison a new trial with a jury of his/her peers...that's for starters

4) Our judical system would be revamped

5) Change the Constitution

6) Stop the smuggling of Drugs, make the DEA really earn their $$

9) Computers a must in every home, and classroom

10) Make housing affordable

If I'm given wisdom then I know there is no such thing as perfect.

I could however strive to make it better.

In that I would:

Make public education continue through 4 years of college instead of stopping at 12th grade.

Double teacher's salaries in order to recruit the best professionals to teach.

I would stop the influx of drugs and alcohol into the black communities.

I would deduct charitable donations from paychecks with FICA and Social Security and then not let a government bureaucratic idiot control it.

I would find every homeless person a safe clean place to live.

I would make it illegal to charge more than a certain amount of money for rent regardless of the amenities in the community.

I would establish a widows and orphans fund to benefit ALL widows and orphans not just those involved in certain tragedies.

I would make health care, dental care, and child care for working parents FREE.

I would deport Ms. Cleo. lol

I would declare national day of prayer weekly instead of just when tragedy strikes.

I would put prayer back into the schools.

them suckas are tellin people that our special forces are in the caves searchin for bin laden....now the enemy will start randomly setting off their booby traps and bombin their own hills...to trap our soldiers...
