Ok folks, time for the cooks to speak up.

Just how do you cook YOUR spaghetti?

What is a must ingredient, besides, spaghetti and spaghetti sauce?

Share your reciepe, for those that still use the can! LOL

extra garlic, fresh plum tomatoes diced, mushrooms, sausage, gound beef,lots of fresh basil, and lots of oregano.....

trust me....its a :blast

to cut back on the acidity....chopped bell peppers,onions, mushrooms,..sauteed first...tomato sauce and paste.....its really good...

when I'm :) lazy...Classico..spicy ...does it for me....

i aint gone lie..a sista uses the ragu. but then add the extra stuff too it. depends on how much i feel like doing.

my mom used to make the homeade stuff and i never liked it. even if i go to a resturant and eat "homemade" italian tomatoe sauces..i never like them.

i keep mine simple...

but the goodness of it comes in HOW it is prepared...

i boil the spaghetti in special water....with.....special spices added to it...

i cook the meat...in special spice too...

by the time i add the sauce to the meat..........cut up some bell peppers, onions, etc......

let the sauce and meat marinate....

add a lil of the sauce to the spaghetti.....to ensure the flavor sticks to the spaghetti....

Finally.......after it is all done....

add it all together....

and serve...

with texas toast.....

and dr. pepper.


*side note*

if u eat this after 6:30....u will need to take 2 tums....before u lay down.
