Splenda - No Calorie Sweetener

Bought this product a few months ago. I LOVE IT...

It is made from sugar, taste like sugar...yet it has NO FAT, NO SODIUM, NO CALORIES. I made caramel icing for a cake, and no one was the wiser.

Maybe I'll try it one day. I've seen it in restaurants, but after my experience w/Equal I've been too afraid to try anything other than regular sugar.

I tried soda that was made with it. I just got used to Aspartame, now this? I'll pass...i need to drink more spring water anyway. I foods that are not liquids, it may taste better.

I have heard of it, but am kind of afraid to try it because of the killer headaches I get from using nutrasweet.

I have to give up sugar, so I may try it.

That's why I don't fool with the other sweetners because most of them and Diet Soda's have Aspartame (Cancer) in them.

The ingredients in Spenda: Maltodextrin and Sucralose. I know alot of people that are Diabetics that use it, and those on the Adkins' Diet love it also.

around the office they've replaced those pink and blue packets with Splenda...it's actually quite good, no after taste...
besides the nurses here scared me away from Equal with the reports of aspartame causing cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, early symptoms of senility...the list goes on and on for the supposed side effects...splenda also comes in a liquid form that is great for cooking...and since I'm always low-carbing it works great for me!
