Yo, was caller ID created invented by a nigga with bad credit? i mean, why niggas with bad credit got caller ID on their phone?

It costs $4.99 a month from the phone company and this is one bill they pay every month on time...

What kind of jive phone company ya'll got in Cali. Here Caller I.D with the major phone company is included in a pkg with *69, Voicemail etc etc. You can have as many features as you want (including internet) for like 6.99 or something.

Now if you go with a fly-by night pre-paid service caller ID is $5 per month.

I guess if you got bad credit you wanna know if it's a bill collector calling. LOL :p (not that I would know anything about that.) RTFLMAO!!!!!! :D :D

i agree with admin.

lots of folks can not afford oil changes for their car...but they have caller id.

and caller id is the same here as it is in cali...no package deal...well, they give u a package deal to attract u...but the package is gone after 6 mos.

i have been thinking of gettin rid of mine, but we receive SO many calls from advertisers and credit cards and newspapers and whatnot...that it comes in handy....

to answer your question, admin....it is the advertisers and credit card people, etc that invented the caller id! they get a commission!

the dude that invented voice mail lives out here in indiana...and he got the biggest house probably in the state ....

Indiana's high-tech royal highness Scott Jones joins Hollywood hunks Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Benicio Del Toro and golf superstar Tiger Woods as one of the year's most eligible bachelors, according to People magazine.

The Jones profile goes on about his money (he made millions refining voice mail ), his home (it has three theaters, a two-story gym, 16 bathrooms and 26 computers, including one on his stationary bike) and a van that's been customized with a conference table.

they showed on tv that he has an oak slide (the circular kind) to help go downstairs faster

it put the kybash on the dirty prank phone calls, too bad too, I had just gotten one as it was getting popular, I swear it was from some woman we both knew...I was so impressed she wanted to talk dirty to me... but alas, she couldn't handle my responses. Don't start what ya can't finish!

I like when i see its a solictor...i like taking them on, calling their fantastic offer bullshit. Especially the "pre-approved" hustlers.... it aint even fair going after the poor operator, they are just doing their job...i tell them to tell their managers. 5 minutes of their time is maybe one less person they can contact that day. But this was about caller id , not phone solicitors. Tangent man strikes again!

I don't know who invented it but I am grateful for it. I like the option of screening my calls. And when our family faced a layoff a few years back, it was so nice just not to have to deal, we already know we owe you money, would love to pay you, need to find another job first. Sheesh!LOL!!
