I went to a water aerobics class with my girlfriend this morning. Her Dr said she needs to loose weight for her health which makes it hard for her to do alot of walking. SHe also has severe asthma so cardio is diffcult for her right now as well. I went with her more for "support" . I thought the class would be a piece of cake for me. Sheeeit!! the minute I got out of that water, my legs were shaking. I was literally worn out. But when you are actually in the water, it seems so easy. My girlfriend was able to keep up as well. All these people of diverse ages/fitness levels can get the same workout. So to any of you who may have health problems/injuries that prevent you from getting exersize, or if you are just beginning to work out, I highly recommend this to you. You don't even have an actual water aerobics class. If you can find an indoor pool.Take your kids ( or your S/O :upto: ) and just go play!! :beer

I took a water aerobics class years ago. I loved it. Its a great workout too. I would recommend it for people who can't do a lot of cardio.
