A black man with a criminal record? (drugs or theft)

or

A Foreigner who is not a US Citizen as of yet?

it depends on what i am hiring for...

if i need a computer programmer...and the other person is from INDIA...shoot..I am hiring him/her!!!(them jokers are generally very smart in math and computers!)

A brother that used to deal drugs is better at math than any Indian. He don't gotta use no damn computer when it comes to getting his paper. Don't come trying to re-up and be short.
