Parking in the Police's parking stall

Fam, today I'm out with the Mrs. shopping and this fool parked in a Police parking stall. I did not see him park, but my wife says that he was all in a hurry to park threre, like speeding up on the space and blocking the isle so that no one eles would take it:D

So, I come out of the store and I see 2 cops giving this car a ticket. At first I thought this fool parked in a handicapped stall, but as we were walking back to the car, we read the sign and it clearly said "This spot reserved for Police personell only".:D

I wonder how much that ticket was for?...and how good that mans vision was?

I have never seen a fool park in the Polices spot before.:D
