I think they were foreigners, just spoke good English.....this is my thing...i'm sure more planes targeted but they didn't act because of the call for planes to land.....

Now once these planes landed folks were just told to leave......EVERYONE on EACH plane should have been held, especially after the plane in PA went down. ALL those people should have been detained and had back ground checks.....

True it would have been an inconvenience and maybe cost the US some money, but i bet another piece of the cell would have been captured.

Also, they need to put hidden video camera's in the cockpits, shit...they every were else, why not the cockpit. Why not spy on the pilots.....

Stop letting these folks who come into the country, get visas, green cards, residence and everything else have such powerful positions.

And i believe the said the knives were made of porcelin, which probably could not be detected.

let's all remember how everyone thought the oklahoma bombing was an arab job...and think about how many folk who HAD power AND positioning are out of work...they already know who did it...all they have to do is see who was actually on the planes and what they do...some things are being withheld form us...i wouldn't jump to the ARAB conclusion as of yet...ben laudin's like "i didn't do it, but ya'll deserved it"...what guilty person would say that?

Only a few groups use suicide missions. None in the US but i don't doubt the dollars behind it all comes from the states. The knives are made to pass through metal detectors & the plan was brilliant. Planes fly off course daily & at that speed & fuel on board it was too dangerous to shoot it down in the middle of the city. Yesterday hurt the economy by at least a trillion dollars & other countries hate us for being able to fund their enemies. Watching BET last night Al & Jesse seem to be saying that the US brought this on themselves.

From what I hear the men were trained pilots, trained by us some time ago. In addition they came into America via the Canadian boarder. I agree with que, the USA got a good idea who done it already and porbably was warned before hand.

Already, I am hearing news reports about rental cars found at Logan Airport in Boston with arabic language maps, training manuals on flying big airliners and other evidence they feel links to the attack, and links to a islamic radical group from Canada. (oops, i see that was said already) Also a couple in Fla. are saying they rented a room to a couple nice arab men that were attending a flight school. Duh! This is just the day after... before we bomb 'em, we need evidence... so let's weigh all the evidence. Then bomb 'em !.

Canada? I was wondering about the Boston angle. The border with Canada is like swiss cheese. Few weeks ago, we drove up, they asked us two questions, said " Have a nice stay" and that was that. No ID, No anything. The pieces are falling into place. Unless they have a getaway space shuttle stashed in their garage, they can run, but they can't hide. It is tragic that their actions are bound to result in the deaths of many of their own people, because the bombing tends to be fraught with collateral damage. Yes, I meant as in 911. I can only say that it struck me when the person mentioned it to me. His reasonings was could it be some kind of warning/code to us from the persons responsible for this or a sign from the higher being that this is a time of extreme EMERGENCY for all of mankind.

I think that our government had been warned and just like Pearl Harbor chose to ignore. I also think our govt knows a hell of alot more than it's giving the media.

My first problem: Why Jeb Bush put Florida on a state of emergency yesterday when no planes were in or bound for Florida and his brother was long gone. Then we find out 3 of the suspected terrorists are from Florida. WTF?

My 2nd problem: The man who called 911 from the plane that went down in Pa stated they were being hi-jacked, then he saw smoke...then the plane went down. I think it was shot down by the US govt.
Now this news report comes out about some guy claiming he and some others were going to overthrow the terrorists and then couldn't control the plane...Uh Duh! If I ain't no pilot why overpower these people...what's the point unless I know the full plan. We gonna just cause it to crash and how did the passengers just "know" they were over rural Pa were no one would be hurt on the ground.

I also wonder why they spoke such good English. Hell Akbar at the gas station can't say sh*t in English that I understand.

Lastly I have never and will never trust George Dubya. Last night on TV he didn't even look upset. WTF? He was almost smiling. I remember Clinton when the Oklahoma city bombing happened. He looked somber, he looked upset, he looked distraught.

George Dubya looked like he always looks...constipated. lol

Flight manuals in Arabic and paperwork were found in the vehicle.
The Boston Herald, quoting a source close to the investigation, said the FBI had obtained a warrant to further search the Mitsubishi sedan rented from National Car Rental.
Intelligence officials also say that the FBI has determined that at least two of the suspected terrorists were carrying passports from the United Arab Emirates, the tiny Arabian Gulf sheikdom known as a major banking and commerce center. The Herald reported that the two were brothers and that one was a trained pilot.

The hijackers did know English, but the passengers immediately picked up on the accents Thick. That's why they revolted an crashed the plane outside of Pittsburgh instead of into the White House.

According to MSNBC.COM, 3 of the hijackers were trained on American military bases because of our allegiance with Saudi Arabia following the Gulf War.

It says this is a common practice.
