...and not some allergic reaction, and if you havent had a problem before...my guess is you have started eating something you haven't had before and its systemic. Trying to get it as it emerges on your skin might always be too late. The skin's reaction is your body's way of purging itself of the impurities.
Also, if you are sure it doesn't come from your hair hanging over and touching your forehead, perhaps in a new hairstyle?
If I eat too much greasy foods at a tear, like chips and fries one day after the next, I get a whitehead or two popping up. I had moderate acne as a teen and it was always tied to junk food. That Oxy stuff helped, but the Noxema pads, or really any astringent helps keep the pores dry, so they won't clog so easily. You have to be pinpoint with that though. Astringents will dry you out in areas you don't need, so dab only the actual oily areas.
I had a regimen from my dermatologist back then that is the same as most acne medications recommend, in fact, I think its a standard cleansing routine women do. Where you use hot towels or steam to open the pores, then a cleanser, then rinse with really cold water to close the pores. Remember the way Faye Dunaway has doing it in "Mommie Dearest", plunging her face in a sink of ice? Okay, maybe not that extreme.
Probably not telling you anything you don't know, but hope it helps.

Are you putting a lot of hair products in your hair? Sometimes that can be the cause.

It could be the Mary Kay products. This happened to my aunt some years ago and she had to stop using it.
