They say we are gonna get a big blizzard tonight.....

How much y'all wanna bet we only get enough snow to screw up traffic but not enough to stay home

It's sleeting and ice here.

I was stupid enough to go out a few minutes ago.

It took me 20 minutes to chip all the ice off my Jeep then my ice chipper got caught in my windshield wiper and broke it.

Dammit!!!!

I'm not going nowhere unless somebody comes and picks me up. :blah:

It's 23 degrees with about 2 inches on the ground since last wednesday. Tastey, Do i need to send you a real ice scaper?

Closing down a city......Oh Hell No!!!..now the earth may shake...and they'll postpone some shit...but it'll be up and running with the quickness.....all bridges closed...somebody is swimming to the city!!!....bay will be filled with boats....lol, lol, lol:eek:

i was bout to say, we may "go to the snow" up over here...

is it colder 30 degrees with or without snow?

anyways... i was sitting up here talking about moving out of state earlier this year. i need to sit my ass down and stay in cali. i can't stand it when it's 50 degrees! :eek:

i wish they would shut down a city. ferry be like bart: folks standing up on teh damn boat and outside on the deck at 6:30 am trying to get to work. lol... i don't care how many tragedies we have seen, you bet not call in sick over here for work. lol mess up and be without a job!

i work at a hotel.

i work until midnight.

i have the option of staying overnight.

im thinking of who i know who has a four wheel drive and can keep me company:) ...thats the only way i will stay.

This is sooooooo true but I'm betting Virginia Beach/Norfolk will only get rain..now mind you the last time I said we was getting no snow was this past January and it snowed like 7 inches, please keep in mind that is a blizzard here in Hampton Roads. Now being the Jersey girl at heart I am that aint nuttin but a dusting.:p

I went to College in Southern Cali.. now the quakes we have down there aint Shit compared to what y'all had up there. But the first time I felt a little tremor...... I was like This :eek: :eek: :cry: :cry: They laughed at me for weeks behind that shit

No snow & ice here in sunny Dallas. The sun is shining brightly, but it is a little chilly out. It rained here Tuesday and the morning on Wednesday. It looks so pretty out right now:D

(I could use a couple days at home though)

Over 2 million customers without power in the Carolinas due to the ICE STORM.

I am so glad that I don't work for the power company anymore. Those folk ain't going home for several days. lol :p

All we got was some rain..lol but they had all the business and schools with delayed opening last nite scrolling across the screen....only in VA!

that how OES was when i worked there! when we had those rainstorms, el nino and mudslides... 12 hour shifts 6 days a week for 3 months straight... good money... but it was tired. adn all we did was "manage" the rescue efforts. being on alert like that was an interesting experience.

yeah..only in VA.

it was pretty much raining after four this morning...and they delayed school for an hour here. WTF???

so then the teacher gone call and say there wont gone be no PM kindergarden today. double WTF??????

so we been lazy all day..just made some sugar cookies..and chillin.
