Are you happy?

When you look deep inside.. Are you happy with yourself and the life that you have?

This is not about being happy today or being successful.. This is about really being happy with you as a person...

Is there anything that you want to change to make you happier?

I am not so much happy as I am content when I look at my life and the way it is. I know that I could be a whole lot worse off. I also know that I've let myself be in the place that I am today and if I want to change it, I have the power to do so whenever I'm ready. However, that doesn't keep me from getting sad or lonely from time to time. . .but that would be due to things that really aren't important in the grand scheme of things.

I am and have always been happy with my life. I know folks who have it better than I do, I know folks who have it worse or in jail or dead.

I also love the skin I'm in!!!! I'd rather be "Soul Brotha" admin than anything in the world.

I am happy with my life, the only other changes I want in my life is to have a baby(ies) and once my husband gets out the military, to buy a house. That's it. If I died tomorrow, I have lived a very interesting life. I am blessed and could have been dealt with worst things. But all in all I am happy and in love.:hearts: :hearts:

Like Briteness I am content. I don't lie awake at night worrying or have deep issues...althought I do have some issues. lol :p

But overall I know that I could be ALOT worse off, and I know that with God's help I will be ALOT better off one day.

Happy? I don't know.

I'm at peace with myself and my life. I am thankful everyday that I'm still living and breathing and can still provide a safe home for myself and my child. Although I will admit there are some issues that have affected my life that I'm not happy about.

I've been maintaining. . .the scales are still more or less balanced with a few instances of me slipping into being happy a few times in the past 2.5 years.
