Just got my cell phone bill and i just got up off the floor. $263.02 for one month, normally $29.99 a month....this was from my lil trip to and from ATLANTA...did i tell ya'll about the trip coming back? Just know i'm flying anything over a 4 hour drive next time.

Those damn roaming and long distance fees.....SHIT.....

Anyway, what the most your cell phone has been for one month, not including past dues balances.....and why was it that high.

Over $400. That was when my ex-husband and I were sharing a plan. Neva again will I do anything like that.

Now, my plan includes free long distance and other things so that when I'm out of town, I don't incur any additional charges. On a regular basis my bill is about $40/mo tops.

Had a pre-paid up until a month ago. I haven't got a bill yet though but I 'll let you know the cost for this month.

$120!! Those lyin azzez. I did not use 1100 minutes in one month!!! I don't even know that many people! They a dayum lie. I paid it that time and about 3 other times this year, but it was NOT me I tell ya. :blah:

Now I keep it down to $60/mth. And thanx gawd for the plan I have b/c I don't have to worry about roaming charges anymore. I forget the name of the plan I have, but it is with United States Cellular.

I would say that you may need to upgrade to a better plan or change carriers. . .It's best to read the fine print and to look at the coverage maps and ask questions.

A lot of companies offer low monthly plans to get people roped in and then once you go on vacation or make a couple long distance calls you see just how expensive the per minute rates in addition to the roaming charges.

My plan is for $29.99 mo. unlimited nights/weekends and 400-600 weekday (I forget how many) but my bill averages from $45-55 monthly because I make long distance calls on it and I've used mine while out of town every month (CA, VA, FL & Puerto Rico). I've never used all the minutes allotted to me within the plan since I've had the phone so if I didn't make the long distance calls then I would be consistently at the base rate.

and his web searching ass, he ran my bill up to over $700!!!!!!:eek: :eek: :eek: Yes, he HAD a phone and he used the web browser for over 900 minutes @39 cent a minute for two months!!!! Well needless to say I do not have my phone any more. But I am slowing paying that shit off and will be back on the air soon.

Looked at my new bill last night and saw this thread today...something ain't right. My shit is over $1300 - for a month? aw hell no! supposedly, they just implemented some new billing system. I got their system right here...and they'll hear about that today~!

I've gotten outrageous bills before but I call and straighten that mess out immediately. I ain't going for the okey-doke...
