If you have a Dollar Tree near you, you might be able to find this book. In fact, a lot of good, formerly 25 and 30 dollar hardcover books are available for a buck there, but you Dollar Tree devotees know that!
The book is by Eric Alterman, and titled:
Why We're Liberals - A Political Handbook for Post Bush America
He had previous books titled:
- What Liberal Media? The Truth About Bias and the News
- When Presidents Lie: A History of Official Deception and It's Consequences
- Sound and Fury: The Making if the Punditocracy
What I find satisfying in " Why We're Liberals", is that it looks back on a lot of the history of Liberals vs. Conservatives, and he has plenty of criticisms for both, which of course, makes him a liberal.
