I don't think any county had more pressing reason to vote than Clayton, yet surprisingly or unsurprisingly, no one really came out to vote. I'm amazed that with over 52k students in this county alone, less than 24% of the voters turned out, especially when like 7 of the 9 school board seats were up for grabs. Now we all have heard about the accreditation mess, so why wouldn't that warrant any of these folks to get out and vote. Hell there were so many important seats up for grabs yesterday including Sheriff, DA, and Board of Commissioner Chair.

I, for one, did not want to see Eldrin Bell get re-elected, nor his crooked opponent Lee Scott, but guess what, they're gonna be in a run-off. How can you have a DA who has never tried a case? You can if you move to Clayton County. Now she's in a run-off with the woman that I voted for.

When I went to vote, there was only one other person there voting.

I still can't believe folks voted John Lewis' "My claim to fame is marching with Martin" ass back into Congress. Don't even get me started on David Scott who got a failing grade when compared to the rest of the Congressional Black Caucus.

Where there any important races in your part of town?

Well "E" I did not make it out to vote on yesterday. I was at work at 7 and worked late trying to get a project done.
