My old boss is going to another department, he wanted me to come with him, but I declined because I be damned if I am going to drive to Virginia to work. Anyway I had to pack the Keebler's shit up in his office, and he expected me to come to his new office and unpack him. Ain't that a bitch. Well needless to say I did not show and he ended up unpacking that shit his self. I wanted him to give me a reference, for another job I am looking into. Do you know that this Keebler came up with some bullshit excuse about it being company policy that he can't give references outside of the company. I wanted to ring his fucking neck. That bastard, I used to go get his lunch, if he could get me to hold his dick when he went to the bathrooom, he would have had me do that to.

I just had to get that shit off of my chest. Any thoughts?

That is effed up! I don't believe that, why don't you tell him it's to put in your work file in case you want to go to another department there. I know at my job they can't give references over the phone, but they can write a letter of recommendation. His ass is lying, he is probably mad that you did not move with him.

I would go to HR and find out what exactly is the policy. Somebody is giving a reference.

I believe what goes around comes around, that is why they replaced that ass with somebody else. I will just get somebody else there to give me a reference, I am not going to sweat it.
