How do you let someone from the opposite sex know that you are interested?

make conversation?...ask are they dating then that right there is the light bulb going on...

then just ask if they wanna go out...now a days people ask for email addresses adn communicate that way to break the ice...

But really just conversation more often then usual lets someone know.

I tell them, after I have asked them if they have someone in their life. I'm too shy to tell them in person so I'll probably write a letter or send an email (I know that's sooo high school).

I will engage in normal conversation with the person to see where his head is at. If everything's cool, I'll ask if he wants to meet for lunch one day or if there's a special outing going on, I'll see if he wants to go.

Actually Hula, this one I was ok with. The Game Recognizing Game was the one I had to take notes on ***whew, I still got writer's cramp - lol). But I'll keep this one in mind should I find someone who's got himself together.
