an employee that works for me...was playin those games...i know she does it...i really don't care as long as she completes her stuff on time...

BUT

when i come around to speak with you....don't keep playing!

are those games time-sensitive? you only have a certain amount of time to play your hand?

see this young lady kinda looks like hally berry cept she has larger breasts...so she thinks she can get away with stuff...but she gonna mess around and get fired!

She works for you?

I usually play games or post on daily diva;) but when I know my supervisor is coming around I play it off and give them respect. I think she should use common sense and do the same.

Now you may need to communicate with (if she works for you) that you don't have a problem with that but she needs to be a little decret especially when someone comes to your desk to discuss business.

Whenever I am chatting, playing games or talking on the phone, I stop when anyone comes to my desk.

I can't even play the yahoo games at work, access is denied. I had to find a back door to even download the updated version of yahoo. My job has blocked all those sites, but I was working day and night to find another way to download it. I even tried to email it to my self, which back in the day that work, but now I was always missing a .dll well anyway, this has nothing to do with the topic, so I will stop:D

I went to school with our computer support specialist so he's good about downloading stuff for me.

Sounds like she's taking advantage of you as her supervisor by not giving you that respect. You definitely need to let her know what's acceptable and what's not.

i have spoken with her. i realize that internet connections are very very limited for her. she normally works behind a closed door with no access.

she apologized.

yes, they are time sensitive... But... I think work is more important than games... When I have nothing else, better to do...
