Restricted Cell phones numbers WTF?!

Ummm, why do peeps set their phones to Restcited mode and then call me? When I hit redial I can't holla back at ya ass?

They set it up by mistake and don't know how to turn it off.

I feel ya on this one admin - I guess either they're calling folks they don't have no business calling or they know that folks won't answer if they see their number...usually if it's restricted, I will not pick up...don't be hiding!

But on the real I had it on my phone... Somebody that I didn't know from jail was calling me non stop.... Telling this person to stop calling was not helping... So I had a block put on the phone to keep that from happening....
