Voice Response Systems...You know those annoying damn system on everything that tell you press 1 press 2 press 3. So I figure I'll bypass all the presses by pressing zero, to speak to a live human being. What do I get ? "That is an incorrect response, thank you for calling, goodbye." Or I'll get, "please hold on while a transfer you to a CS Rep. Only to go to another VRS saying in this call is about this press1, if it's about that press 2, if it's not about this or that press 3. So I call back and go through all the damn presses including entering my account number, SSN, first 3 digits on my last name, first born name and city and state I live in, only to finally get a human being asking me, "can I get your name and account number please?" WTH???

you don't know how many complaints i hear about that damn system @my job...it is aggravating as hell though...

they will think that you have a rotary phone and will transfer you to a person. I heard that on Clark Howard and tried it and it works. They will pick up the phone.

That's exactly what I do. It cuts out all the frustration.

I even got this when noodle was sick and I attempted to make a doctors appointment...called the office and got...
if your child is ill press 1
if your child needs a physical press 2
if your child needs immunizations press 3

I was like....damn!

has anybody else talked to

CLAIRE....the sprintpcs automated system...i'm kinda diggin claire!

she is so cool...the other day she said to me

"hmmm...seems as though you have selected something that we don't have. perhaps you could try to select a category first. such as..."

can ya'll believe she said "HMMMMMMMM"

that's what I SAY!...we are destined to be together! i am going to find CLAIRE....we are meant to be together.
