Self-Evaluation

It's employee evaluation time at my job. They require a written self-evaluation. I've never worked for a company that did their evaluations this way. I have no idea where to even begin and what to say. I don't even like talking about myself. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

grab your job description...say what you've done that you are required to do. be honest. ask for advanced training and add some goal for the next eval period.

Yep, what Davinci said. Also throw in some personal and professional goals that you are striving to achieve.

Mine is coming up to. I hate EPR time.
