Formal Dinner

Have you ever been to a formal dinner and they have all those different forks and spoons? If so, did you know which one to use with the right food?

I have went to a formal dinner before and I knew which silverware to use, b/c my sister told me before the meal.

That shouldn't happen too often but when it does or when in doubt, you are generally supposed to work your way from the outside toward the plate.
