i was hesitant to post this, but hell im fed up right now and i need a few prayers.

i have been with this co. for a year and its none of what they said it would be.. the hardest part has been adjusting to the inner office changes, and change in my job description. i feel like i have been silently demoted yet i have the same pay. i dont take it too personal cause i know im good at what i do and some of the best are on our team... we were moved cause we are good and the move was temp to help out and catch the team up.. but some how we got stuck here. the only way out is to apply for a new position in the co.

i recently applied for a position that i had my eye on since i walked in the door. i have made it thru 2 interviews and even had to write a follow up email.. ive never been thru sooo much for a position... there are some great perks and this would be a great op for the family.

im now playing the waiting game and im nervous anxious and some of everything else.. my current position is starting to stress me the hell out...

my wish is to get this new position.

i didnt get the position and they never formally told me it was filled.

the interviewers didnt follow company procedures which threw myself and 3 other people i know that applied for the same position out of the running, but over all its ok..

that dept moved to another city further away than the hour i already drive to get to work.. so im happy i didnt get it..

i also got a significant raise in my current position..
and those changes really where temporary.. im back to doing what i was hired to do

so it all worked out for the best.
