That must be the picture Wendy Williams was harping on last week. It looks bad, but thats a fraction of a second snap out of time. There has to be a context - a simple explanation. The man knows he's photographed every waking moment in public. We all have taken the picture where our eyes are half open and we look retarded. Now the shirt all open is another story.
