Last Night my key would not fully turn in the top lock and I tried for about 45 minutes.. THe hard part is I didn't have anywhere to go. Or I would have went to a friends house and waited till the morning or waited till my friend got back in town. I got royally screwed by the locksmith.. I was feeling really bad considering that took a big chunk of my rent money.. which will now be paid on the 15th. I still feel bad because I had my finances all budgeted for the month and this is going to put a strain on my food money.. but I need to lose some pounds anyway.. but I got a call this morning from my best friend in Chicago and she told me she got laid off yesterday. I feel like such an ass complaining about the money that I am out of when it could be a lot worse.

That is why I try not to complain too much. . cause someone is always worse off than me~!!! :(

I am totally with you on that one...I was just saying this to myself the other day. I get calls all day at work from people who are struggling worst than I am or who are sick or who have no family to help them...that reminded me that no matter how bad I think I have it, its ALWAYS someone who has it harder than I do.

I still complain though :D Its a hard habit to break!

I feel ya, I know how it is to be down on your luck and when you compare your situatin to another person it doesn't look that bad. Keep ya head up, I know that help is always around the corner and a prayer away.

Every time I am tempted to complain about what is lacking in my life, I always think of how my life used to be...that straightens me up real fast!

And it is true that some of the things we take for granted, would be hell if we didn't have. some people have to live without those same things. No matter how bad it is for me, I am always grateful. Always.
