Ok, ya'll know this job and me - rocky rocky rocky - well I actually got a pretty good review this year! She even said that one of my coworkers who was trying to rail me (of course while all up in my cube grinning) was exaggerating a bit. She mentioned that the argument that I'm not approachable is starting to get old and that maybe folks are bringing their issues to my cube. She didn't even mention my hushing and im'ing, lol lol
Our raises were determined at the beginning of the fiscal year, so these reviews are an exercise in having something to say - but to know that I will only be getting beat with the whip dipped in water and not the one with nails in it - is refreshing.......
