Damn, isn't it MY choice~???

Fam, I've had three people in the last week. . . tell me that I needed somebody in my life~!! :eek: That I was still young and beautiful. . yada yada yada. . . WTH~??

Isn't it my choice not to have someone in my life right now~??? :confused: What are they saying~??? Is it written all over my face~??


One of the three persons that told me this had me crying when I left her office on Friday~!! :cry: Had me thinking. . . Although, I'm always preaching about being single and loving it (& I really am). . how long will this last though~??? :confused:

I went to a wedding this weekend and cried the entire time~!! I was so happy for the couple (long time friends of mine & much older than me). . . but, couldn't help but think that maybe. . just maybe it's not too late for me~!! :hammer

And, to top it all off. . cause she heard me talking about my friend's wedding this weekend. . my little girl said to me just yesterday. . "Mommy, you should have gotten married"~!! I asked her, who should I marry~?? Of course, she said her Daddy~!! :rolleyes:


Fam, I am not feeling so very happy about being single. . right now~!! :(

be proud of it. i am VERY proud of my choice to be single

once i got content in being single, i realize that marriage is simply an option. as a result, my quality of men has been raised, and those men come into my life for selection and process of elimination through a series of dating.

no matter what, i am OKAY about being single.

i too would love to have a commited relationship and marriage eventually.

but i can wait. no matter how long it takes.

Don't give in to the hype. People always wanna be making comments about how you should run your personal life. They need to mind their own business. Don't let other peoples opinions effect your personal beliefs and standards. If you're happy being single, then continue to do so.
