I haven't even seen previews for it out this way...I looked it up and got a very minimalist review...is it even worth seeing?

i have no clue what russ and olivia were talkin about...because i didnt hear them...
but i too had never heard of this movie...but somebody told me that there was some serious violence in it....so i had to check it out...
the entire movie....lifted up the idea of being a drug dealer as a way to provide the finer things in life to your family...to build your empire....i was waiting for the moral to the story...the entire 1hr:33 minutes into the movie......at the 34th minute...the moral was kinda brought out...but they kinda took it back in the 35th minute....and then it was THE END.
I don't want to give it totally away, but this is a movie I would not recommend for anybody underage....
unfortunately...everybody sittin next to me was in their teens....
lots of TITS and lots of ASS and lots of VIOLENCE in this movie....

Now you make me wanna see it so i can diss it properly. Remember how awful "Tougher Than Leather" was? i knew that if independents can make a movie without the contraints of taste and concerns for commercial appeal, that something like this can be made. Was this like one of those Master P or Jay-Z backed films?

I heard Russ & Olivia talking about this movie. Wasn't this a
Rock-a-fella production?
I will wait until I happen upon it. I probably won't even rent it.

Thanks, Que, for your input on this film. I won't waste my $10. I'll wait until it comes out on tape to rent it, and give my two cents.
*Thinking why in the blue hell do most rappers waste their time and make such awful films.*

well....
if u r IN to the rap scene...u may like this movie...this movie glory-alizes drug dealing and bling blingin....
i've seen some of the master p movies and he always makes a point to have the person tryin to get out the game to become a rapper....
but this movie did NOT do that....it was almost a handbook on how to violently take over the drug scene in your neighborhood....
for some it will show the violence that that will entail....for others...they will feel like that they can do it too...
it's a very mature movie, but the 16 year olds that i had sitting next to me who reacted strongly to the tits and ass shown within the first 10 seconds of the movie (like kids that don't see it on a regular)....were not mature...
