'If You're Selling Or Thinking Of Selling On eBay You Have To Read This…'

, you will discover the shocking truth on why you should avoid using wholesale drop shippers as your only product supplier'

At least 99.99% of the internet drop shippers are selling their products for much more than you can buy them for yourself right off eBay.

It seems unfair to us eBay sellers…

Why don't they sell them cheap enough for us to make money?

It's simple they have to make money and there is simply not enough working room in the prices to allow you and them a profit.

With a little work and a little knowledge you can get the same products they sell for cheaper than them.

It's true, you could be buying these same products for just as cheap as or cheaper than they do.

These drop shippers aren't trying to screw you. They just have to make you believe they are the cheapest source for those products or they would go broke quick.

Why do people buy from them?

They're desperate because they need money to pay the overdue bills...

If you're like most people trying to make a living selling on eBay you have undoubtedly looked into and have possibly even used a drop shipper.

Only to list the item and find that there are others selling the same thing for a lot cheaper than your drop shipper sells them to you.

Believe me I know, it can get frustrating wondering why nothing ever sells when supposedly you are getting it for the LOWEST PRICE ANYWHERE.

Now don't get me wrong…

I feel most wholesale drop shippers are good companies and offer good products. And yes it is possible to find some products cheap enough from them to actually sell and make money on eBay.

But I don't see a viable way you will ever make a living using them. You might be able to make a couple hundred dollars per month at best.

Even that would take many hours of work and lots of frustration.

You should follow the steps below if you want to find products that will sell using a drop shipper.

1. Find a product category on the drop shippers site that may interest you and you have some knowledge of.
2. Get all the details of that product together with the price.
3. Do a search on eBay for that exact product. If there are no current auctions for that product try checking the completed items.
4. Compare the prices of what they sold for and the price you purchased them for.
5. Make sure you compare the EXACT same product because using a product close could have many different variables as to why it sold for what it did.
6. Check the shipping and handling prices for these products on eBay to make sure the person is not selling the product for cheap and making his money on the handling fees.
7. If the product has a successful record of selling and is the same product you can look a little closer as to rather you should list it or not.
8. If you do decide to list it make sure after you deduct all of your fees (Paypal, eBay, Auction program etc) you are making enough per hour to make it worth your while.
9. Chose an amount you will work for and don't get caught trying to sell items only to make $.83 per hour. It will only waste your time when you could be finding high profit low risk items.
10. If all the numbers work sell it! Then start trying to find new items and add another product or products.

You should understand the truth though….

You might only find one in fifty or one in one hundred products that you can get for a low enough price to make a good profit.

If your lucky when using a wholesale drop shipper you will find some that have a gross profit of $3.00 to $8.00 per piece.

Not bad, but defiantly not good. You would have to sell a whole lot of them just to be able to pay your car payment.

Working this hard and putting in that many hours does not sound like fun to me.

You may as well get a job at McDonalds and save your energy.

The point is you will never make a GOOD LIVING using these drop shippers. You could make enough to have a little extra spending money while you are working to find the products below wholesale yourself.

That is the ONLY way I would recommend using them.

Let's put some numbers together and see exactly how you can make a couple hundred dollars per month using them.

For starters let's say you have found a product that sells for $20 and has a gross profit of $8.00 per product sold. Now understand we are shooting on the high side here. Without being a math genius you can see you would need to sell 30 of these to gross $600.00.

Keep following me here I want you to see the shocking truth about these wholesalers…

Just by searching around myself I have found you would probably spend a good 12 to 24 hours searching for a product that would profit you this much using a drop shipper.

You would most likely only be able to have these finds once or twice per month.

Why?

Well the reality is you can only list so many of the same products and expect them to sell.

The drop shippers will normally not have a wide range of items that will give you that kind of profit anyway.

One more thing you need to keep in mind is even if you do find a potential seller it's likely that hundreds of other eBay sellers trying to sell that same product from the same wholesaler.

Ok so you can see above you would have made $600.00 gross. Then deduct your fees of about 60%. This leaves you with $240.00 for 12 hours of work.

That's a little bit over $20 per hour. Not too bad but this is a best case scenario.

You would need to be able to do that a few times per month to make any real money.

Time wise and profit wise your best bet is to not let your only product supplier be a wholesale drop shipper.

You may just get yourself into financial trouble you weren't looking for.

I teach all my members and customers the ONLY way to make big money is to by pass these wholesale drop shippers.

However I do think you can use them temporarily while you are building your own EXCLUSIVE list of product suppliers.

You should also surf around eBay there are literally hundreds of categories you can make a living selling in with a little research of your own.

Just a couple of things to keep in mind in regards to drop shippers which can affect your feedback, which is really important are:

You don't have any control over availability of product (i.e. the drop shipper might run out of inventory after you've already listed and sold an item)
You don't have any control of the length of time it takes to ship out an item once it is won by your customer
You don't have any control over the type of information the drop shipper puts in your package (i.e. advertisements for their business and/or auction).
You don't have any control over returns, quality of items, condition of item, etc.

Well that's about all I have to say for now. Get out there and start selling!!
