Well, I'm selling my Ack!!! Yeah, these recent gas prices have forced me to re-check my life. Why am I trying to ball at 40? I have a wife, a good paying job and real estate...so I'm gonna trim some PHAT and get out from under. Some of yall know that I just bought a lil Honda Accord to use as a commute car. The car runs well and is CLEAN!

Anyway, I plan to sell the Ack and use the Honda as my only car. I'll save on the car note, gas and insurance in just the first month. I also plan to re-route the car note money that I was paying each month, into a separate account with my credit union. This account will be one that I will not touch. The amount I will save is a little over 4.5k a year. Just think about that for a moment... in 24 months, I will have about 9K saved, but If I keep the Ack, I will have a nice cawr that is depreciating in value.

Hmmm, IMO this is a NO BRAINER. Wish me luck on my sale. I'll keep ya posted. I'm trying to get 12k for the Ack! This is just enough to pay off the loan.

Man I feel your pain.

Even though it is the right thing logically to do, the ACK seemed to have givin you more than just a ride from point A to point B. It had its own identity, anyone who has been here knows about the ACK.

I feel you on what you trying to do, and maybe after a few more investments you can get ya BLING on again and not even trip on how much the gas cost.

No doubt you doing the right thing, but I know it is hard.

I got my first Micro R/C car from the back o ya Ack (I still have that car! :D )!

But saving money should be the NEW Balla move for 2006 and beyond. So happy trails to the Ack. Maybe it will bring good fortune to some young BITs* out there and then maybe others can be a part of the ever so famous "Big Ack Attack".

Admin I gotta tell you, the minute you made the choice to make this move, that is when you really started ballin'. Before you was just flossin' now that you bout to start stackin and compoundin that's when you ballin'.
