JOB: Sr. Marketing Analyst / Contract Position (Reston, VA)
This position is a six month project in Reston, Virginia. Feel free to pass

Job Description: Conduct Campaign and Test Analysis. Clearly define the
information necessary to properly evaluate marketing tests, campaigns, and
initiatives (e.g., sample sizes, control groups, potential outcomes, and prior
history). Track and evaluate results for proper execution, statistical
significance, reasonableness, and ability to extrapolate results to broader
audiences or rollouts. Interpret results, summarize learnings, and provide
recommendations.
Skills Required:
? 5-7 years experience in marketing and finance, with emphasis on analysis and
quantification of business opportunities
? MBA or similar educational background or experience
? Solid logical and analytic skill set.
? Understanding of statistical analysis (i.e. confidence intervals, etc.)
? Proficiency in data manipulation tools (Microsoft Access, Brio Query, Business
Objects, and/or SAS), and Microsoft Office Package (i.e. Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint).
? Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment,
which demands a high level of energy and commitment
? Excellent interpersonal skills; Comfortable interacting with all levels of an
organization, particularly senior management
? Ability to coordinate resources and generate results with minimal direction
