Me too. If we are doing the same job, same grade, then I am questioning it.

I think I would speak to HR. But only after pulling both job descriptions andchecking time on the job and building my case....then I'd go in there with documented proof that both jobs are the same and where's my money:D

That's a tough one. . cause what if you weren't suppose to find out that your co-worker is making that much more than you~?!?!

Anyway, I think I would have to question it. . after doing some research first. . I wouldn't want to look stupid or anything~!!

Btw, I am having salary issues right now. . . and it ain't got nothing to do with my co-workers~!! :blah:

What do I do~?? :hammer

ohso...
it depends on your relationship with your super...your value is something that he/she should know....set up a lunch date and discuss it openly and candidly...I am sure they will appreciate it.

i only care about it if those in my same capacity make more than me...

and if i find out, cause they talk so damn much, they go tell me, i WILL go to the sup and ask her "why dumb ass get paid more than smart ass standing here before you?"

i wouldn't cuss of course :p but she'll know who i'm talkin about. i wouldn't need to research. when she ask how i found out, i'll just tell her "cause she told me so, how else would i find out? that what you get for hiring a dummy:blah: "

I would find out everyone's salary and tell other people that they are getting cheated too.

Go work for the competition...

Get a discrimination case against my employer..

Buy tons of stock when it goes down because of the publicity..

Sell it when it goes back up from their new image
