Fam,I know people that are always complaining about their weight but never do anything about it. My question is,how can you expect to lose weight when you continue to eat the worst snacks/meals possible? Example. We go out to eat....
Me:"I'll have a grilled chicken sandwich and a salad."
Friend:I'll have a big mac and large fries with a large Diet Coke "
The next day
Friend:"I can't understand why I'm not losing weight".
Me::confused: :confused: :confused:
Now, I have been on diets before and it's hard but I never talked about it until I was serious. Personally,I don't think that anyone should go on a diet unless THEY want to, but if you are going to complain about your weight,then you have to be part of the solution. Am I wrong? sigh.Ok,I got that off my chest.Now,I feel better
