Black Wealth Network

Does anyone here invest with the Black Wealth Network (http://www.bwnonline.com)?

For those who are not familiar with them they allow you to invest in mutual funds managed by Black managers.

They have recently announced that they will no longer be taking payroll deposits. Although I do not deposit into my account through payroll, I’ve been concerned about their solvency. There was something else that they took away, that had me questioning too.

For anyone else who invests with the BWN, what do you think? Will you continue to invest through them?

The first thing I would be doing is researching them with the SEC. Then a Dun & Bradstreet Report and then the state's board that handles broker licenses. After carefully reviewing all that information then I would be in a better position to trust them with my money.

Don't worry, I make the same checks with white folks handling my money too. As a matter a fact I run criminal background checks on them and public records searches.
