How do you use honey in your cooking?
Are you particular with the different types of honey out there?

I used to be into all the different types of honey....just go to the health food store and you'll be surprised....YOu can even get specialty blends....

the natural organic honeys are especially good for a woman's complexion -> a couple of tablespoons a day keeps the blackheads away...as I was told by one of my ancestors...

anyway I use honey as a glaze for my BBQ ribs, as a sweetener for my tea, as part of a marinade for honey fried chicken....
