You're right, it's the parents/guardian's responsibility to monitor a childs tv watching, but..................you know that a large majority of them don't step up to the plate.

All these parents worried about kids and porno? Want and need a PC at Home so the kids can do homework, but don't buy one cause of porno on the Internet? WTF?

There was Porno before the Internet. Just raise ya kids right and they will not go to porno websites...simple. Same way with TV, HBO, Showtime show Soft Porn movies at like 1am....just raise them kids right, can we get back to basics?
