Acupunture????!!!!!

Has anyone tried this method of holistic healing? Is it costly? Was it worth it? Does it work? Does it hurt????
I am considering doing this very soon and was wondering if there had been ANYONE who has tried it and would like to share their experience. Please HELP!!!!

I have never tried acupuncture myself, but I had a co-worker that had an exteme case of carpal tunnel that got acupuncture done. It was so bad she couldn't even feed herself.

The acupuncture helped relieve a great deal of the pain. She says it really works. It cost her $35 per treatment. I've heard of pricing varying from $35-$50.
