i just colored my hair a light golden brown by claroil... i have the conditioner in it right now but i think it is going to be too light for my liking....
i know it appears lighter when it is wet.. but i really think it is not going to be what i expected...

my question is: can i color it again later tonight or tomorrow? i will just do a natural black... my hair is naturally dark brown with some natural highlights throughout..

If this is permanent,
U cannot color twice in the same day.

U have to wait to wait for 3 to 4 weeks

Ditto what FoxE said. But what you can do is..take a Beautiful Brown by Ms. Clairol and put over that. But you have to be careful as to that the base color is.

Is that a temporary rinse?

color is one of those things you really should have a professional do. so that they can get a feel for the color you are trying to achieve.

deja.. i agree... unfortunately i have had bad luck with stylist here in austin.... if i could get a hook up in houston i would drive to houston to get my hair done...
went once to get golden highlights and ended up with one red streak... wtf... and another time i went to get my hair colored professionaly it didn't take... i told my stylist recently i was going to do it.. and she just suggested that i use clairol....

girl you hot! *tsss*

I like the color... I've been thinking about dying my hair. Put a rinse on this Saturday and it did NOTHING... so I just bought another one today. I'm trying to change my look to something more exotic. Like an red/brown or purple...i mean maroon. Or orange/brown

I'm on my third incarnation of hair color. (no I"m not posting pictures) - this last time by accident - didn't count on the chemical from my relaxer changing the color again - but I"m liking this one - it's switched from the more reddish blonde to the sandy brown blonde. I've told my hair dresser people will think I'm skitzo - I need to keep it this color so we need to match this up and leave it at that.

Coloring your hair is interesting to say the least, but I"m happy that I've had NO breakage, itching or anything - seems quite healthy. I will give it to my hair dresser - she's used to working with color - so she's making sure to take care of my hair and since I don't do anything to it - barely run a comb thru it - it's in good shape.
