*It's on now. So soon after American Music Awards producer Dick Clark took on the Grammy's, suing them for stealing away mega star Michael Jackson, the AMAs are going to have to take on Michael Jackson.
CBS will rebroadcast his ratings-winning "Michael Jackson: 30th Anniversary Celebration" on January 9 at 9 p.m. The TV concert special will run head to head with ABC's AMAs. Well, damn.
Just last week Clark sued the Grammys alleging the Recording Academy CEO Michael Greene of forcing Jackson to back out of his oral agreement to perform at the AMAs, where he was to receive the Artist of the Century Award.
