If anyone out there, has ever worked in a call center environment, then you should be able to relate to all of the bull s*** you experience in the call center. Instead of being at work, I feel like I am at the Paramount Theater, with all this drama. Working with all these females is too much. Gotta a nigga going crazy. U feel me?

As you all know or may know, I work with the Hush Iron Man himself,so he can testify to the drama that I have been experiencing at work. I feel like the chick in the drama "Maybe It's Me" Chicks throwing mad attitude at me. I figure it might be envy and jealousy, due to the fact that I look good, I have been promoted within the company, and will be getting the pay increase soon. I mean maybe it's just that time of the month. Well, it isn't for me :)

I'm not trying to go into details, it aint even worth it. The broad is my mother age, so I'm going to respect the age difference, and let all the bull s*** ride. Is it really all that serious over some d*** b-day cake?

I work with all women as well. Not much drama but i'm tired of listening to women talk about weddings. and its too many damn pregnant women around there.

I used to work for this call center in VA. They gave us assigned(felt like i was in school)seats and my seat was beside this guy. Well everyday(of the five days i worked there) i sat beside him and i am a friendly person so we would end up talking. One day i felt somebody push up on my chair and this raggedy looking woman start hollaring that i am messing with her man. He sitting there looking pathetic and scared to death. I told her to get out of my face..he was probably 1/2 foot shorter than me..fat and sloopy looking and his teeth was jacked up(I have a problem with jacked up teeth)..and that i was not in the least bit interested in her man. Then she had the audacity to push a sister. I punched her in the face before i could even think about what i was doing. Needless to say that was the last day i worked there.

I will never ever work in that enviornment again.

I hate to say it but any place with too many women will have drama. i made the mistake of having a woman call me at work & had to hear " I know you not cheating on our wife" shit. I wil never tell them I'm getting a divorce.

I have to agree with my brother on that one. Major drama. I have worked in several call centers and it's always the same.

One dude who's f*cking...or trying to f*ck 1/2 the women there.

Always one sister who has a new unbeweavable doo every 2 weeks (payday) and nails that would be in the Guiness Book of Records if they were real.

Then of course most call centers will hire anybody who shows up so you have alot of ghetto fabulous people working in call centers.

Thank God I am out of that now. I work in a small office of women and although the estrogen is high...the drama so far has been low.

I was a manager in one. I thought it would be cool doing people management with adults...LAWD LAWD LAWD.

I had one brutha that made anything that happened into a racial issue.

One keebler couldn't keep her nose and ears out of anyone business. I mean, I could be 10 feet away and ask a question to someone right beside me, and she would yell out the response. So many times I wanted to drop my professionalism and ask "who da phuck was talking to you" Oh, by the way, she was also the one that hung out by the printer, reading every print out that you weren't there to readily pull it out her damn hands.

I had one woman on Prozac that cried over everything, and when she didn't refill her prescription on time, would try to phuck you up over the smallest of things.

Since I was the only Black female in the bunch of 27, when I finally did hire another black female in my group, I supposedly picked on her because I was jealous. The men complained to me all the time about how she thougth she was all that trying to use them to get them to do her work. They nicknamed her Maybeline because she wore so much makeup, not to mention the perfume trail of Jean Ne Te that she bathe in everyday and swore up and down that it was a 1 oz bottle of French parfum she purchased in Paris costing $100.00.

I had one guy who complained how he was always overlooked for promotions despite the fact that he was always on time to work, never missed a day, always volunteered for overtime, but also screwed up every customers system he touched.

One female azz and underarms was so stink, she constantly got paid time off because we couldn't stand the smell. (No you just can't fire someone because their azz stink).

Yeah we had a guy too that tried to phcuk anything that resembled a woman and brought all the drama to work with him.

Yes....I'm very familiar with CC Drama.

I am ----> <----- with allthe call center drama. I think that something about a call center breeds drama!! Why, I do not know, that is why I am not working there any more. The crazy thing you got drama in your face and over the phone. People on the phone are bold as hell even when you are trying to help their stupid asses!!!!!

everything that all of you have said rings so true!!! I am unfortunately still in the call center environment and we have the same drama. I guess it's about the same everywhere. I am soooo ready to leave that place, but I'm biding my time, too......

folks, in general, show out en masse. people tend to forget the finer qualities of minding your own dayum biz.

read in china that folks could work near one another for thirty years and never know a co-workers first name. that's what i'm talking about. fisrt name - mr., last name - davinci. middle name - mind your phucking bizness!

Whew Lawd! ROTFLOL.

I can't believe I let myself go back to a call center environment for over a year. lol :p

Thank goodness I am out of that...AGAIN. I am at a tech help desk and since I work mainly evenings I'm usually the only female here. (Well there's Marc but he's gay so that doesn't count.) lol :p

Right now I'm the only female with 5 men. :D :D :D

Everyone should work in a call center at least once in their life. The best thing about call centers are the crazy people who call (or maybe they just call me). The ones that I've worked in not too much ghetto stuff took place.

There was this one time these two white women who became friends, and obviously fell out. They were yelling and screaming at each other when we were trying to take calls. One accused the other of stealing. Everybody was like "y'all need to keep that shit to yourselves". I felt bad for them.

i worked in a call center ONLY because i was on a project to switch over their database. it was very interesting. while i coordinated their training and took inventory of their computers, the things you hear and see! ... very very interesting... the management was no better lol
