The What Not To Wear ladies were on there and gave some really good tips.

Oprah was looking cute as a button in her white, yellow & orange ensemble.

One of the segments had a "bra fitting expert" on there and I learned another piece of information that I didn't know.

When buying a new bra, it should fit comfortably and be worn on the FIRST set of hooks (on the outside). This way as the bra shapes to your body and elasticity begins to "give" you will have the ability to lengthen it's usage by going in a row of hooks.

I know that I've always been one to fit my bras using the last set of hooks (the ones on the inside) because I hate to see those extra eyelets.

This is something I will definitely be doing in the future and I will continue to try my bras on before purchasing them so that I don't wind up with ill-fitting ones I won't wear.

Another thing she said is that most women are going up in band size when in all actuality it's a deeper cup that they require.

You will get some accommodation by moving up a band size but then you get into the loose shoulder straps and the bra riding up high on the back.

She did also verify what I said on here before about the proper alignment of the (fullest part) of breasts should be midway between your shoulder and elbow. If it's not there you are lacking adequate support.

I know that it's hard for me to keep mine jacked up because I feel like they are out there saluting the world but with that and proper posture you really do have a better silhouette.

I saw a little bit of the rerun. The black lady did not look to be a D cup to me.

I've been wearing the same size bra for about 10 years now. I measure every so often, but haven't gotten it professionally done. I feel like my bras fit me right, but my sister keeps telling me I need to go up a cup. I really do not think so, I've seen the breasts of people who are supposed to be that size and that definitely ain't me. My coworker seems to think I need a bigger size too, she said that the cup should go up higher.

there was ALOT of useful info on this program. ... i am going to go get fitted pretty soon. been in the same size for a loooong time. ... but shoot it is comfortable me and it seemed like my bra was fitting exactly as they said it should.
i don't know about that first hook thing.. i always wear mine on the most tightest hook.. the inner hooks just cause it feels much more comfortable that way.
they really did hook sister girl up.. i thought she her shape was really nice once they dressed her properly and put here in a good bra.... that strapless get up was not doing her any justice!!!

I saw the show. The one lady came out to be a "G" cup size. Hell, if she is that, I must be a "H".

I wish I could get to that bra lady to measure me and let me know whats the best style for me. I usually just go to Dillards and they do a half assed job at measuring you.

I missed the show, but I had my rude as bra fitting awakening last year... I was not happy either, I spend enough money on boulder holders as is, the last thing I need is to be going up in cup size!.

I would much rather just flap in the wind

SIKE!! that would be hazardous to my health! :)

JC Penney is having free bra fitting all this week until May 28.
