I am tired of letting men take advantage of me. All I do is give give give, and I get nothing in return. I am sick of giving my body and my heart only to have it thrown back in my face. I have been doing alot of stupid things for the sake of love and keeping love but it is just one disappointment after another. I have made to many mistakes when it comes to these men that have issues, so now it is time for me to say no more.
Has any ladies ever has such low self esteem that you find yourselves doing stupid things, and making stupid decisions for the sake of having a man?

Do I do stupid things for love, no. I do things trying to be helpful and have been taken advantage of. But knowingly doing something stupid to make someone love me or to keep their love no. But at least u recognize your situation and that's the first step.
Try getting some counseling (especially if its covered in your job insurance) and there are books out there to help with your self-esteem. I think I got about 2 in my shelf.
Iyanla vanzant is good for stuff like that. Take time away from men and concentrate on you....you'll learn more about yourself that way and could appreciate yourself. Ultimately, you'll grow tired of not having what you want and you'll learn that you can do bad, feel bad and live bad by yourself...u dont need a man for that and if thats what you are getting...that should be your wake up call. Once you grow to love and appreciate you...you'll expect nothing less from everyone else.
Just me two cents:)

Seems its time for you to spend some time alone with yourself. If you don't respect and appreciate yourself, no man will.
Good Luck Sinnah!
