in many retail markets, one's performance is based on mystery shoppers. Shoppers who come in as regular shoppers but who are really evaluating you in your environment to see if you are doing your job. Well, im up in here just a little proud of myself (yet thanking God as well for I know where all this goodness flows)

each month all of "our" stores are shopped. Here recently scores have been getting 48s, 50s (out of 100). well guess who got a 100???? yes ladies and gentlemen that would be me! I tell ya, i could sell a cell phone to a man with no ears!! :D

That's great girl.

I did mystery shopping for awhile, and I learned that one reason alot of stores get bad marks (especially in the South) is because they still are prejudice and are naive to think that black folk don't mystery shop.

Good for you. I mystery shopped for a minute too, but they were tripping having me go into 6 banks in one day. They can tell when you've made a transaction so you know that was looking funny if I am going to all these places.
