a nervous breakdown. First we agree on something then I get a new motion in the mail wanting something else. I can't believe I married this woman. I was going to be responsible for all of the marital debt but is that enough? She wants the judge to order the house to be sold eventhough she left bill free while I maintain the property. What is worse is she calls my job after she pulls this shit like I want to talk to her. If I hang up on her she calls right back & says I'm acting childish. Now I want full compensation for her half on the bills & i'm taking a vacation to the islands with her money. I'm about to pull a Mack & get my ski mask & bat & handle her ass. Confession is good for the soul.

Divorce can be ugly. If you don't have a lawyer or any other legal representation, you may want to consider getting one. Also, get whatever you both agree to in writing with both of your signatures and notarized so that she can't keep coming back on you with new demands.

Hang in there. Divorce can be a nasty ugly thing. Just hold on to the thought that the end result will be FREEDOM!!!!!!!

Be careful with that word, que....GIVE. The court does not look at it as his property or her property, but community property. That's why I suggested that he go ahead and get a separation agreement with what they both agree to divide. This document can be very essential when the final divorce proceedings take place.

if u can agree on things do so....but it seems as though she is trying to take him....for everything or almost everything...cept his JOB! in that case...we'll just have to let a judge decide what the split is....with him takin on all marital debt...he already has a big leg up...that's NEGATIVE equity there! she must have realized that because of that she wasnt gonna be gettin very much money....so now she wanna liquidate the house...........it won't stop there....when she realizes that the house only has a net profit of x dollars she will want to liquidate other things.....that is what i meant by don't GIVE....

Don't get out the ski-mask Djackso. We'd miss you while you were in jail. LOL :p

Seriously, hang in there. Divorce is rarely easy. I would suggest handling everything through your lawyer. Stop her from calling your job, and stop all contact between you.

It will all be okay in the end, I'm sure. ;)

naw ....

I dont think you wanna go there with a woman...you wouldn't get any enjoyment outta bustin that ass like that.....unless she used to beat your ass..... LMBAO...

anyway...it seems like she wants 3 things: some money from the sale of the house, for you to have nothing, and for you to be miserable.....If she was straight up the first agreement would have been final.....but there are people putting things in her head now and thats why her shit is all over the place..

stay strong and dont go for all the bullshit...make an agreement that is relatively fair and stick with it.....and just like tastey said, have your lawyer do all the talking.....if possible have your work number changed...you dont need to talk to her anymore...it only frustrates you...
